Overview

A team assessment is the first step in understanding your areas for growth, and whether your team is aligned with stakeholder goals. This assessment is both qualitative and quantitative, including team + stakeholder interviews, survey, and available data from your teams’ project management tools - velocity, pointing, etc.

This assessment is intended to identify easy fixes such as inefficient rituals, unclear velocity, and communication gaps. It may also uncover larger discussions, such as a misalignment between stakeholder and team expectations. With guidance, the team and stakeholders will work together to prioritize areas of attention and create an action plan.

Output

Stakeholder / team alignment on overall team mission, which specific projects are important, and desired scope. Shareable report with team analysis and stakeholder endorsed action plan.
